So, this is the newest contest entry I have so far finished (How long has it been since I finished a contest entry BEFORE it finished?) for 's contest that will end tonight (Friday the 27th of June, 2008 ), so I hope she likes and that it's acceptable. Unfortunately I don't have Photoshop here at the office to add a little color to the lineart (like the attracting rainbow linearts out there... oh well. ) Thus, aside from this detail on what this is and for what purpose, I will introduce you to some of the most oldest original characters me, my family and friends made together as youngsters in an epic story currently titled: USACB: Ultra Sun and Cloud Byte.

A peculiar name, but it does tell the story of these two young curious children on their quest to learn about their parents, only to then discover they are involved on a quest that will change the face of the world.

The characters you see here are such (from left to right):

Chris: Descendant of the legendary Super Sun, James, he has decided to travel (now that he's 10) to search for his missing or lost father who left on a journey that never returned. Worried and curious, this silent, quiet natured, but passionate boy, sets out with his best friend, neighbor-almost-sibling-like companion, Jenny. He has just inherited the Flame Guantlets, which were his father's. He has only just learned the gist of it's capabilities, but he is certain that this will bring him closer to solve the mystery. Chris soon earns a new title: Ultra Sun, years later.

Jenny: Descendant of the legendary Sailor Clouds, Jenny [we couldn't pick a better name, likely to change], she derived the plan to go on the search for her mother, who went on a journey of no return with Chris's father, long ago. Jenny, only 11 is very mature for her age, but playful and clever whenever the time asks for it. She has inherited the Ice/Frost Guantlets, which were, like Chris, her mother's heirloom of fantastic, mysterious powers. She seems more adept to it's powers than Chris, but she too is careful and cautious to see where this fits into the puzzle piece of the mystery behind Chris and Jenny's missing parents. Jenny, as Chris, also earns a new title herself: Cloud Byte in years to come.

Titan: A young archangel (later to reach the power of the almighty Fire Archangels), Titan is a devoted, strong boy filled with the fire of justice for his father's death long ago. Saved during the harsh times by being secretly buried in the heavenly tomb far up in the mountains, Titan is resurrected when Chris and Jenny accidentally set foot on a hidden switch-like mechanism, awakening the young boy from long-slumber. His slumber was rudely awakened, and out of fear to protect himself, fought a rather shortly-ended battle with Chris which ended in a draw, thanks to Jenny's clever diplomatic skills and compassionate words. Now unleashed into this now unfamiliar world, the unknown aged (though he considers himself 12) pre-teen decides to come with Chris and Jenny and solve his own mysteries himself, and avenge his father's death. His Reinforced Happy-faced sandals are, as with his necklace, gifts his father gave him when he was young.

I would write more if I had the time, but I think that's it for now. I hope you can begin to see worth in this story as much as it is to me and my family and friends who developed it and completed it. Maybe one day it might be a novel, series, or even a game! One day <3.
